PIC manages four funds, USIN, FUSAIN, VALUS and FOCUS, which are dedicated to private equity investments in small and medium US companies.
Goal
Our goal is to invest private equity as a stockholder alongside US-based private equity funds, management teams, independent sponsors, family offices, etc. Our current funds have $40 million of equity invested and we are actively seeking investment opportunities.
Primary Targets
- Small and medium-sized US-based private companies
- Equity investments of $1- $2 million per transaction
- Acquisitions, growth capital, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, and recapitalizations
- Any type of industry
Venture Investing
We work with a strong network of local and national venture investors, in order to provide an important deal flow of start-ups investment opportunities.
Real Estate Investing
We partner with real estate professionals, in order to provide investments opportunities nationwide in both commercial and multi-family real estate.
US Stock Market
Our stock market fund CAMUS specializes in US large-cap companies generating strong dividends
