PIC manages three funds, USIN, FUSAIN and VALUS, which are dedicated to private equity investments in small and medium US companies.
Goal
Our goal is to invest private equity as a stockholder alongside US-based private equity funds, management teams, independent sponsors, family offices, etc. Our current funds have $30 million of equity available for investment and we are actively seeking investment opportunities.

- Equity investments of $1- $2 million per transaction
